When the search is finished, items that match the search term are displayed in a special pane of the dialog box. You can access a matched item in several ways:

• Double-click a matched item to open the folder containing the item and see the item highlighted in the list.
• Right-click a matched item and choose Properties from the shortcut menu to open the item's Properties dialog box.
• If the matched item is a work request, right-click the item to access a shortcut menu with commands frequently used for work requests. If the work request has an attached design, the Design Assistant command on the shortcut menu opens the design in the Design Assistant window.
• If the matched item is a design, right-click the item and choose the Design Assistant command to open the design in the Design Assistant window.
